Rose City Emergency Media is a non-profit organization based in Tyler, Texas, that provides breaking news, pictures, and videos of emergency response scenes to the public. We have a passion for highlighting the work of local public safety personnel. Additionally, we strive to provide fast, accurate severe weather information during extreme weather events to help communities stay prepared and safe.
